Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If only one variant item left on the store is nonrefundable too, they are usually on a huge discounted price and you can find out on the product title. It says something like "only size M left".

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a free replacement of the product, please contact us for details. If you need to change the size, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the refund will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to change the size of the product may vary.
